This morning was incredible as I joined forces with Atlanta Parks & Recreation and TeenZonePoint to help prepare our beloved city for the World Cup! I am immensely proud to work alongside dedicated volunteers like Shakur Cooper, who are making a real difference in our community. Together, we built 40 soccer goals to be placed in parks across Atlanta, ensuring our youth have the resources to thrive. Community spirit is alive and well in our city! The "Blanket Atlanta with Love" community dinner and giveaway hosted by Commissioner Arrington at the Fulton County Government Center brought neighbors together! We shared coats, blankets, warm clothing, and toiletries with those who may need a little extra support.
