Marvin Arrington Jr. is an Atlanta attorney, Fulton County Commissioner representing District 5, and a lifelong Fulton resident with more than 12 years of government experience. A graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law, Arrington holds the ACCG Certified Commissioner designation — and has spent over a decade fighting for public safety, economic opportunity, and accountability across all 15 Fulton County cities.

In 2026, Arrington is running for Fulton County Commission Chair under the banner of Moving Fulton Forward — a campaign grounded in the belief that government's highest obligation is to touch lives, not just manage budgets.
